Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the VV Accounting application (“Application”), an internal tool developed and operated by Vivid Vision, Inc. (“Company”). By accessing the Application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Authorized Use

The Application is intended for use exclusively by authorized employees of Vivid Vision, Inc. for internal financial reconciliation purposes. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party services including Google Workspace, Stripe, and Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Application accesses these services in a read-only capacity for data reconciliation purposes.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided “as is” for internal use. The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of reconciliation results. Users should verify all financial data before making accounting decisions.
