VV Accounting

Overview

VV Accounting is an internal finance automation tool operated by Vivid Vision, Inc. (“we”, “our”) for use exclusively by authorized Vivid Vision employees. This application is not available to the general public.

Data We Access

This application accesses data from the following services:

Google Workspace— Your name and email address for authentication purposes only.
Stripe— Payout and balance transaction data (read-only) for reconciliation purposes.
QuickBooks Online— Sales Receipt data (read-only) for cross-matching with Stripe transactions.

How We Use Data

All data accessed is used solely for internal financial reconciliation. We do not sell, share, or distribute any data to third parties. Data is accessed in real-time via APIs and is not permanently stored outside of the services that originate it, with the exception of temporary OAuth tokens required to maintain API connections.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens for QuickBooks Online are stored encrypted on our servers and are used exclusively to maintain the API connection. No QuickBooks or Stripe data is persisted in our application database.

Access Control

Access to this application is restricted to authorized Vivid Vision employees via Google Workspace domain authentication. Only users with a valid @seevividly.com Google account may access the application.
